- First-Time Registration: capturing biometric data and issuing Ghana Cards.
- Card Issuance: distributing printed Ghana Cards to successful applicants.

- Card Replacement: processing replacements for lost, stolen or damaged Ghana Cards.
- Identity Verification: assisting institutions with authenticating identity against the NIS database.
