Core Activities & Services

  • Information & Records Lifecycle Management: classifying and securely storing all correspondence and documents.
  • Retrieval and Tracking: ensuring swift and accurate retrieval of files.
  • Archiving and Retention: managing the transition of active records to semi-active storage.
  • Digital Transformation: overseeing the digitalization of physical records.
  • Quarterly Reporting: submitting detailed reports on records management to the District Coordinating Director.
  • File Registry Maintenance: conducting regular audits of the filing system.
