Client Service Unit
The Client Service Unit serves as the first point of contact between the Assembly and the public. Its main role is to ensure that citizens receive prompt, courteous, and effective services.
Mandate
Ensure that all citizens and stakeholders who interact with the Assembly receive prompt, accurate and professional service.
Core Activities & Services
- Receiving and attending to clients and visitors who come to the Assembly.
- Providing information and guidance on the Assembly's services and procedures.
- Receiving, recording and processing complaints, enquiries and feedback.
- Directing clients to the appropriate departments or officers.
- Handling telephone calls and correspondence.
- Following up on complaints to ensure timely resolution.
- Providing special assistance to vulnerable groups including persons with disabilities.
